MindShield 4 Kids Foundation in Action

Our Community

We are proud to be part of the local community and are committed to giving back. We work with local organizations to provide health education and resources to those in need. We also offer volunteer opportunities for those looking to get involved.

Partnerships Development Strategy

Primary Goal

Identify organizational, community and COI relationships that will support and guide the achievement of the mission of MS4K.

Strategy for Partnerships

As the goals for MS4K are to serve complex market segments of school grades K-12, MS4K will need to develop a wide range of partnerships as each target market may have different centers of influence (COI). MS4K’s scope of partnerships have no geographical boundaries but will have targeted offerings which could range from any to all of the Following:

  • Market influence and access
  • Synergic partnerships
  • Skill set add-ons
  • Knowledge enhancements (geography/culture/language)
  • Funding opportunities

The successful strategy for this segment hinges on the identification of organizations that meet the criteria above, building mutually beneficial relationships and developing successful communication mechanisms.

Partnership Tactics

The principal role of partnership development revolves around the introduction, presentation, and support to underserved communities as it pertains NTF’s approach to mental health support for school grades K-12.

  • Create targeted outreach pitch templates that speak to potential partners and clarifies the mission and intent of the MS4K effort. These pitch messages include “win-win” value propositions and act as the entre into the market.
  • Develop and implement the process for community deal closings.
  • Identify and establish relationships with community stakeholders to obtain efficient paths, influence, and inroads into school grades K-12 youth.
  • Identify local/regional workforce development programs and organizations that are synergistic with that of MS4K and develop strategic and funding partnerships.
  • Develop and communicate the initial project design, analysis and outcomes and next steps with target markets and stakeholders.
